Alumni Anthony and Demarre McGill on Interlochen Public Radio

Interlochen alumni Anthony (IAC 91, 93, IAA 94-96, IAC St 96) and Demarre McGill (IAC/NMC 89-91) were recently interviewed by Interlochen Public Radio’s Amanda Sewell.

Anthony McGill is the principal clarinetist of the New York Philharmonic, while his brother, flutist Demarre, was recently named principal flutist with the Seattle Symphony. The two musicians recently collaborated on an album, “Portraits,” which is their first together.
